Order Cancellation

  • If the Thailand Visa online applicant wishes to cancel the application, he/she must notify Royal Thai Embassy travel agency as soon as possible through its designated communication channels (WhatsApp, phone, email, or website).
  • Cancellations requested before the Thailand Visa application processing has begun, will be eligible for a refund.
  • In case the Thailand Visa application processing has already started, the cancellation may be subject to a processing fee.
  • In case the Thailand Visa application has already processed and forwarded to the next level, the cancellation and refund will not be possible.

Refund Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a refund, the cancellation request must be made before the application processing initiated, as our precession team of Thailand Visa application generally do not make delay to process it once the Thailand Visa application is submitted by the customer.
  • Refunds will be considered only for Thailand Visa applications that were not processed and forwarded to the next level.
  • Refunds will not be granted for completed applications, that have already been Processed, approved, or rejected or if the cancellation request is made after the specified refund period.

  • Your refund Thailand Online Visa Application cancellation and refund request will be reviewed within a reasonable time frame, and we may require additional information to process the refund.
  • If your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be issued using the original payment method or as otherwise agreed upon between both parties.

Changes to Services and Prices

  • Royal Thai Embassy travel agency reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services, including pricing, at any time without prior notice.
  • The cancellation and refund policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
